Restaurant

Under the guidance of our chef Billy and with the local expertise of Frank, our Beijing Chef, we bring you a full european spread, with a literary twist!

As with our Beijing restaurant, we'll set up partnerships with local organic farms and producers to bring you the finest, and freshest ingredients.

Highlights from our menu include:

Starters such as The Wordsworth - a delicious mixed grilled vegetable plate featuring peppers, zucchini, tomato, eggplant and mushroom, and hot and cold soups for every season.

Fresh salads like The Popeye - spinach with bacon strips, green onions and parmesan cheese.

Traditional Italian pastas and mouth watering mains including The Milton - poached fresh salmon in summer sauce served with zucchini spaghetti and mashed potato, and The Nabokov - a juicy chicken breast stuffed with cheese in cognac sauce served with steamed asparagus.

We also specialise in tasty sweet and savoury crepes - guess what's in a Willy Wonka?
